ORDER AGREEMENT

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Participant commits to attending the workshop for which they have registered. The Participant agrees to pay the applicable workshop fee in effect at the time of registration.

The Participant understands and agrees that only the meditation portion of the workshop may be recorded by Meditation To Live Well LLC and Alison Perry Sower shared exclusively with other registered workshop participants. The Participant’s name, image, and likeness will not appear in any recordings or reproductions. If the Participant wishes to provide quotes or testimonials, they may do so voluntarily.

The Participant expressly agrees not to film, photograph, or otherwise record any portion of the workshop content at any time.

Assumption of Risk:

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the workshop may involve exposure to certain inherent risks associated with group activities and personal growth work. This may include the experience of unexpected emotions or personal insights. By participating, the Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

Holding Your Spot: By selecting “Invoice Me,” an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address provided on the registration form. A deposit equal to 25% of the total workshop fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice in order to secure your spot.

The remaining balance will be due on the day of the first session.

Payment Terms:

A deposit equal to 25% of the total workshop fee is required to secure the Participant’s place in the workshop. This deposit reserves the Participant’s spot and ensures it will not be offered to another individual. The deposit becomes non-refundable beginning five (5) days prior to the event.

Exception: If another individual fills the Participant’s spot, Meditation To Live Well LLC and Alison Perry Sower will refund the Participant’s deposit.

The remaining 75% balance is due in full on or before the first session.

Refund Policy:

If the Participant chooses to withdraw due to dissatisfaction at any time within the first three sessions, Meditation To Live Well LLC and Alison Perry Sower will refund 50% of the total workshop fee, less any non-refundable deposit.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or [email protected]. No refunds will be issued after the third session.
