The Art of Creating Space Within FEATURES

One-On-One 30-Minute Coaching Session

A one-on-one introductory session—a warm, personal opportunity for us to connect before the group begins, answer your questions, and gain a clear understanding of where you are and what you hope to gain from the course.

Weekly One-Hour Group Lessons With Instructor

Comprehensive lessons featuring stories, guided meditations, mindful attention and movement integration practices, plus handouts and takeaways so you gain the tools and confidence to create your own calming, sustainable practice.

Daily Recorded Practice Meditations

Each week includes a themed guided meditation during class, followed by an email with a short recorded meditation practice to support and deepen your ongoing journey.

Daily Grounding Exercises

During each class, you’ll take part in grounding activities, and afterward you’ll receive a weekly email with key takeaways, simple exercises, and practical tips to help you build lasting routines.

Meditation Community Groups

A private group created just for your class - similar to Facebook but by invitation only. Ask questions, share experiences, or simply let out what’s on your mind, knowing you’re supported by a safe, compassionate community.

Moving from resisting uncomfortable emotions to accepting them as they are. Focusing on how to stay present within your own experience.

Focusing on extending calm to your physical surroundings and relationships using active listening and intentional silence to create space for others.

Sustaining the Practice for Lifelong Peace

Creating a roadmap for making space a permanent habit so you develop daily implementations to ensure your practice continues.
