One of my medical issues I deal with is tachycardia, for which I take medications twice a day. Doing meditation with Jill reduced my heart rate from 95-102 bpm to 70-73 bpm in just 20 minutes. Another benefit is the great friendship and support that we offer one another in the group. I love my group!
